One of my biggest idols on the drums is John Bonham.
He shows amazing skills and power, and has such a distinctive sound and "feel" for the groove. Bonham is recognized as one of the greatest rock drummers ever. I was EXTREMELY lucky to see Led Zeppelin in their comeback show at the 02 arena back in 2007. John Bonham sadly died on 25 September 1980 at the age of 28, so his son Jason Bonham took to the stage with the rest of the band. The show was one of the best gigs I have ever seen and Jason would have made his dad proud.
